Four years ago, after more than two decades as a solo financial planner, Laurinda decided to transform her business and take it to a new level, forming a team of advisors that included her two daughters. Michell was at that time building a promising career in social work and Claudia was with Lehman Brothers with a budding career in finance.
In the first year of forming her team, Laurinda experienced a 61% increase in new business. This new business was tracked by a number of new applications for financial products and financial plans.
